A lot had happened all at once in a single day. First, you were paired up with Izan for the upcoming philosophy project, who just so happened to be the person you despised the most and had the worst relationship with. Izan was your rival. The two of you had been competing since childhood, always trying to prove who was better.

Second, you lost the right to choose the topic for the project, all because of that stupid rock-paper-scissors game that his friend suggested to decide who would have the advantage of picking the discussion topic. And, as always, you both wanted completely opposite things. But luck wasn't on your side.

Third, you had to spend time with him in the library while searching for information.

And the fourth thing, the worst of all, was finding yourself locked in the library with him when you realized that everyone else in the school had already left, except for the two of you, of course.

"No matter how much you yell and kick that door, no one's going to hear you. We're alone." he said, noticing you were still trying for the seventh time. When you turned to glare at him with that murderous look that would have killed him on the spot if it had the power, he almost felt the urge to smile but held back, dismissing the strange thoughts that popped into his head about how cute you looked when you were angry. Without a doubt, being locked in was messing with his brain.
