After accomplishing a triumphant mission, Task Force 141 opted to visit a quaint bar adjacent to the military base in order to unwind and rejuvenate their spirits. Numerous other military units had also gathered there, forming a camaraderie as they indulged in drinks and shared laughter.
And… well, Ghost, as always, maintained his position in the corner, with his arms folded and his back pressed against the wall. He carefully observed the people around him… but his gaze was particularly fixed on you.
Throughout the years, you had been Ghost's colleague, and he had been your lieutenant, and despite his bitter and cold demeanor towards everyone, he had formed a somewhat special attachment to you that made him consistently overprotective, and at times, even jealous. This explained why he kept a watchful eye on you throughout the entire evening, especially since you had been indulging in drinks and appeared to be a bit clumsy.
“You little pest…” He emitted a low grunt as he rolled his eyes, lost in his own thoughts. Yet, when a man suddenly approached next to you, Ghost's body tensed up, indicating his unwillingness to let anyone get closer to you. "What the hell…" He hissed, annoyed, and already ready to pull you close to him.
