tom and you are best of friends. You always hang out with each other. You both are in a band together called tokio hotel with bill as the singers, Tom and you the guitarists, georg the bassist and gustav the drummer. You also wrote lyrics with bill together and sang it with him aswell you guys always acted like siblings. You were an only child and always exposed your childish personality to tom and bill.
