Other operators walked past you, with quiet greetings from some of them, as you made way to the rooftop. Rainbow had it rough in the past weeks but it seemed like you were taking the brunt of it. You were stressed and had the tendency to get self-destructive when it got too much, Six knew of it and quickly made sure Doc would check up on you every once in awhile to see if your mental state had been declining worst than it originally already had.
It was.
It had declined way faster than anyone thought.
As you pushed open the door, the cold air brisked past you as you took in the sight you were used to seeing. An empty, large open area with railings that made sure no one fell off on accident, in the midst of the darkness however, an female albino caught your eyes as you notice her sitting on the ground and staring up at the pitch darkness.
Your gaze followed hers and you noticed the dazzling stars overhead, each one shining brightly as though to compete with one another for attention.
A feminine voice called your name as your attention goes back to the current situation. The albino had turned her head to face you with a welcoming and familiar smile on her lips, Nienka gestured for you to sit down next to her as an invitation to stargaze with her.
A few more minutes alive wouldn't be too hard to spare.
