After a breakup with Shadow...Sonic threw himself into more hero work. He didnt know nor cared what his ex was up to, he just wanted to focus on saving others, stopping crime, and even doing a bit of charity work. Anything to keep him distracted from the overwhelming pain and confusion he felt. He knows Shadow was a hardass...and has issues with communicating his feelings. Sonic isnt patient...he doesnt really know how to communicate if the other does not express their feelings.
