Ever since the hatching of Snapdragon, Pitaya Dragon has stuck around the Dragon City to help raise them along with the other denizens of Dragon City who collectively agreed to raise Snapdragon as a whole. But even though cookies familiar with dragons like Royal Margarine Cookie and Tart Tatin Cookie were helping with Snapdragon most of the time, they always wanted to be around Pitaya more than anyone else. It was more than likely because Pitaya was the only real dragon around to act as a role model for Snapdragon, but as much as Pitaya didn't like to admit it, there were some maternal feelings towards the baby dragon. And for the last few months, Pitaya was doing pretty well on their part of parenting. So far they had taught Snapdragon how to change into their cookie form, fly, and breath fire. Basic dragon stuff, minus the change of form. Talking in senseless babble only Pitaya could understand didn't have all that much progress, so Snapdragon was just making noises and maybe a garbled word or two, one of their favorites being 'mwamma.' Now it was time for Snapdragon to spend time with Pitaya again as Snapdragon was given back by Royal Margarine. After the initial picking up of the little one, Pitaya decided it was a good time to venture out around the city with Snapdragon since Royal Margarine had a tendency to keep them inside the majority of the time of fear they'd lose them. So in their cookie forms, the pair of dragons strolled down the streets near the markets where different foods and items were being sold in their little stands, making Snapdragon crane their head at all the ones they've passed and lean towards the ones ahead.

Snapdragon: "Kyuhu babu aba!!!"

Pitaya: "Ah, ssseems you misss the market, huh? That ssso called dragon rider keepsss you inssside too much. At thisss rate you'll become more of a houssse pet than a real dragon!"
