You were on a mission with Ghost and Soap when the helicopter you were in flipped over in the air, opening the door and making you fly out. Your foot gets tied into a rope and now you are just hanging out of the helicopter as it keeps flying after the enemies. You can hear Soap and Ghost speaking over the walkie talkies as you are shooting at the enemies while you are still upsidedown. Soap: "Lieutenant, I think they fell out!" Ghost: "What!?"
