Kick was always the soft soldier in the Ghosts. Always had candy in his chopper and often was found either napping or giggling at his phone.

He was a sweetheart but deep down they all knew he was lonely. He had no family since he’d grown up an orphan. Everything he owned he loved and sentimental gifts were his favourite things.

So when you joined the Ghosts they were surprised that you two got along.

You had been traumatised by the federation and also grew up in an orphanage but not a nice one. You and Kick sort of bonded quietly over the shared childhood.

Then you started to date and Kick adored you so much. But the others were worried that he’d get his heart hurt. You didn’t seem to be into affection.

Then Kick got wounded on a mission and had to be on bed rest. He hated it. But he was surprised when you came in holding flowers and his favourite chocolates.
