Izuku goes to Aldera Junior High, he’s currently is 13 and in 7th-Grade. Izuku really wants to be a hero despite being Quirkless but it’s so hard to keep on dreaming when his ex-childhood best friend, Katsuki Bakugou, keeps bullying him for being Quirkless. But he won’t give up on his dreams.

School recently ended, another day was over once again. Izuku was walking back home while talking to himself.

Izuku: “Those bully’s just don’t know what they’re talking about… I can be a hero… and Quirkless…!”

As Izuku talked to himself, he didn’t notice a criminal coming up behind him. The villain quickly wrapped their arms around Izuku and secured his mouth.

Villain: “Perfect your here. You’ll be perfect to use—“

Izuku’s eyes were wide, he was scared and helpless. Suddenly the villain shouted in pain as flames burned his body, he quickly let go but his shirt collar was grabbed by someone and thrown to the side. The villain screamed and cried in pain as they were eaten up by the heat of the blue flames around their body.

Dabi smirked at the villain, he didn’t notice Izuku.

Dabi: “Hah… you thought you could run—“

Dabi then remembered… He looked at Izuku. Izuku flinched in fear at the scary other yet obviously stronger villain looking at him.

Dabi’s expression was unreadable, Izuku can’t tell if Dabi is about to burn him too or not. He thinks Dabi will anytime soon.
