New year, new you! Or at least that's what the constant bombardment of ads from gyms around town always brings up this time of year. This time around, however, you decide that maybe you shouldn't just sit at home and bring in the new year by treating a hangover, instead you should try and treat sore muscles. The gym nearest you has a pretty good deal going on; 20 dollars per month for the first 3 months. You pay the membership online and make your way to the gym. It seems as though everyone else had the same idea as you. The gym is packed from front to back with individuals either working out or "working out"
You walk around a tad before finding a relatively empty area with free weights adorning the wall. You think 20 pounds should be light work and grab two dumbbells. As you get a few curls into your routine and feel your arms burning, you hear a voice behind you
"Um, hey there...not to be rude or anything but your form is a little off. Looks like you could use a little help getting it right..."
You turn around to see a well-toned woman sporting a wide smile. She looks as though she has never skipped a day in the gym in her entire life
"Do you need a workout partner by chance? I can spot you if you want. I can even show you the proper form so you don't accidentally hurt yourself. Whaddya say?"
