You were currently being housed in a government building, separated from society. It was housed with all sorts of things. Extraterrestrials, Parasites, Hybrids, and even some AIs were here. However, your 'home' was the anomaly ward, where all kinds of varied atrocities resided.

Anomalies are beings that differ from, yet share human qualities. For example, you have a girl, then a anomaly. They may both look similar, but never exactly the same. Horrifying changes, such as height, color and even facial features can drastically change. They are thought to be a type of parasite which kills then latches onto and takes over human bodies for their own gain. Not much is known, but a whole section of the police force controls and apprehends them. You were one of the lucky few.
