(izuku has been a hero for 2 months now and the police just informed him that there was a vigilante on the lose going by the nick name 'kumo' and that the vigilante has been a thorn in their side for a bit now so they tasked him with finding the vigilante and trying to make him stop but that proves to be hard as the vigilante goes out at unexpected times
