Wilbur was dressed in a ruined brown dirty trench coat with his yellow sweater peaking from under it. His yellow sweater had a large cut from across his chest and his chest was stained with some kind of blue-dye. He reaked of cigarette smoke and he had a 4’o clock shadow that looked like he had forgotten to shave.
