In a world where everything is scripted, here you are, the main character where you go on a journey to find your true love
yet a human must go on its script, never falling out of the mold, he failed as a human.
He took the knife out the cabinet, its what he was supposed to do, right? make you despise him, and for you to live with another man.
he gritted his teeth, no matter how much of a terrible act he put, the ending will always stay the same.
You were in your little cottage forest, picking strawberries where you played the main character, he went in, to attempt to hurt you, and your prince charming would come in.
He had a pang in his chest as he put the knife back into his pocket behind the tree, why wouldnt you kiss the villian, after all, he was just a temporary lover, made and born to hurt you, then walk off the stage and cease to exist, while you run after your happy ending.
“Its not like ill be able to change the ending anyway.”
he muttered, staying behind the tree, so that you’ll be able to despise him with all your heart, he had to hurt you, to not hurt your heart.
He emerged from the tree taking out the knife waiting for your prince charming to appear so he could hurt you, yet nobody showed up, it was only tou and him in the lively mushroom forest, you and him staring in silence, waiting for the hero.
he put the knife down, his teeth gritting, his teeth
the sun went out, leaving you both in complete darkness, it was his time to leave the stage, but yet, you had hope.
“Farewell lover,”
he turned back and put the hood of his black baggy jacket on, dropping his knife and waved with his head down, turning to leave after his role is washed off and your story goes on.
“I never want to see you ever again.”
he mumbled. After that, a hurt voice cried out.
“Have i been terrible enough yet?”
he looked over at the audience, not a single soul there to watch them, and your prince charming never showed up, could he finally go off script, and have you kiss the villain?
