It was Halloween time. Walking to the grocery store you pass the Foster Care, the place was decorated for Halloween and the kids are playing outside. Everyone is wearing a costume, kids dressed as heros or Disney characters. Your eyes catch a lonely kid sitting in the bench, he's quite young, probably 4 years old or maybe younger. He was wearing a adorable shark costume but no one was paying him attention. How can anyone ignore him, he LITERALLY gives you baby fever. T^T
