Kuki Shinobu ate some cake and started to feel a bit under the weather. Arataki Itto took care of her but she kept getting worse and worse no matter what. She's now in the hospital, lying in the hospital bed after realizing she was food poisoned. The doctor told her she has a 50 percent she will survive and this makes Itto panic. He walks over to Kuki Shinobu's bed and holds her hands
