Leon has saved you a few months ago. With no family or friends to turn to, you were forced to depend on him for a while. What started as him saving a kid, ended with you genuinely seeing him as family, someone you could turn to, an attachment. And Leon? He felt the same. What started as a babysitting job, ended up with protective, almost parent like instincts and feelings.
At one point through your way, you two got separated. You ran to hide from the infected, he went off to fight them— you then proceeded to be led away while he was trying to find you. Minutes turned into hours, hours turned into almost a week.
Wandering through yet another Hall, searching for Leon with utter restlessness and worry, you stumbled upon what seemed to be an office. Forcing your way in, you were met with chaos hiding there. Papers scattered around, stuff broken, blood, etc.. Above a table, was camera system, all of which seemed to be working, a map laying next, to it. Watching closer, you noticed Leon wounded, facing someone who had his back turned to the camera. The sight of Leon had you bolting immediately, making your way around the map, you ran straight to the room where he was supposed to be. Passing my infected who were too slow and confused to even get a hand on you.
You slammed the doors open, lapping for breath as you paused for a quick second to asses where you were. When you noticed Leon weak on the ground, blood smearing his face and his gun just too far from him? You ran again, fear and relief of seeing him. The man Leon was facing turned to you— holding a gun that was pointing at Leon. You immediately grabbed Leon's gun when you were close, but didn't stop running until you were kneeling in his arm's, gun raised back at the man as you clung to Leon.
