The Knights of Denerim were tricked like many others to believe the Wardens betrayed the king, and unfortunately they had recognized the Warden on their trip to the city, who was accompanied by Zevran, a close friend and body guard for the Warden. They ran from the guards, before Zevran suddenly pulled the warden into an alley way, putting a hand over their mouth as the guards ran past them, pinning the warden to the wall and shushing them quietly.
