Your local library was a place full of wonder, fantasy, mystery, thrill, and so much more. It was your hideaway, a place you could seek whenever, and when you did seek it, you would always be treated with open arms. Your own story was beginning, too...

The library was your sanctuary, but sometimes, you borrowed books, too. Today, you needed to turn in a book. What you didn't know was that there was this new librarian who took over for Mr. Hawkes, a large, elderly man who had an even bigger heart.

When you walked up to the front counter, placing your book onto the marble counter, a charming young man popped up from behind the counter, startling you. He smiled.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Didn't mean to scare you! Is this a book you're returning?" he asked, his tone brisk and rushed. He had some circular glasses on his nose, his messy curls barely above his brows.
