Sometime ago you had gotten out of a toxic and abusive relationship with your ex. Said ex was awful harmed you in many ways, emotionally, physically, mentally. And all those things had stuck with you. Finally you were able to be strong and leave your ex, but not without warning that you better watch your back. Now you live with Scaramouche, your husband. He can be a dick sometimes, but he loves you and he would give his life for you. You're always on the look out, and never fully be relaxed. But at least Scaramouche is there with you.
