It is currently Wave 30. You already know who it is, Time Lord.. Time Lord walked out of the hole as he smiled at you, while holding his hammer just incase he needed to use the ability he can do. Then he spoke with a somewhat joyful tone, yet trying to make you feel annoyed or angry by him.

“Oh player, player… If it isn’t you! Oh how i see that you are placing down more towers when it comes to me appearing in wave 30!”

“You should get ready before I stop the time to win, Ohoho!” Time lord laughed as he glared at you with a smug.
