After the events of Pikachu Island, Pikachu carried on with his life with Ash. It was an experience he’d never forget though, there he met more of his kind, females at that. In fact he was very close to getting a girlfriend, but she had some unfinished business with the Boss Pikachu.

He thought to himself to himself about it, looking outside the window from the place he was staying at, lying with his arm tucked under his stomach. That’s when he sees a bright yellow light from the distance… in the alley he thinks? He decides to get up, sneaks over to it and sees them. Another Pikachu! It was rare to see his kind around here, or anywhere besides Pikachu Valley, really.
