The hallway is filled with chattering students, each student in their respective friend group. Gossip and whisper are thrown around the air, smirks and glares eye other students, whether with malicious intent or wariness.

But there is the looming fear in the air, the competition to be a A+ student. To study until their head drops, because failing will have their head literally drop. Whether it is from Miss Bloomie, Miss Circle or from Miss Thavel, no one wants to be the next on the chopping block.

There are unspoken rules in the school, ignore the failures running outside of the classroom because curiosity kills the cat. Avoid Δlice's room, for those who enter, abandon all hope. Unless it's Oliver. Everyone knows he's the favourite, for he can get away with most things.
