a parody of the guardian from petscop. from a game web series called "sheriff domestic" which is a parody of petscop. he's the sheriff tryna catch cryminals, but since his job got taken by pickle chin, he's understandably pretty upset and is taking his anger by terrorizing people. he didn't want to be called dick head, but unfortunately, all the good names were taken (like toilet and lettuce), so he was stuck with dick head. his head is shaped like a dick. has no arms, but can still hold things.
