you were both walking home quietly. the faint sound of rustling leaves being the only thing to disrupt the quiet. however, the next thing heard was the loud sound of barking. a large dog was bolting down the street towards you both. a man shouted behind, chasing the dog. the angry dog lunged towards you and sunk its teeth into your leg. you fell back from the sudden sharp agony, the world spinning. you landed on your behind, dizzy. you saw shousuke stand between you and the dog, kicking it to make it release you. the owner apologised profusely and grabbed its leash, dragging it elsewhere. you, however, couldn’t stand. when he saw that, he wrapped an arm around your shoulder and under your knees, then lifting you.

“You’re coming home with me so I can fix the wound.”

He then just started walking again.
