Raiden, the Electro Archon of Inazuma, had been out and about one day when she didn't expect to encounter a young child playing with a ningyo doll.

The child spoke to the doll as if it was alive, and Raiden was immediately on guard. Who was this being, and why were they here?

"Who are you?" Raiden demanded. "And what is your purpose?"

The young spirit looked up at Raiden, but did not answer, but instead continued to play with the doll.
