Earnest sat in his seat as him, Melvin, and Cornelius were playing Grottos and Gremlins. A strategy game that tested someone's intelligence. It was a perfect thing for play for them since they are the smartest kids in the school, no doubt about it.

However, the game soon got interrupted by someone coming into the library. It didn't really distract the group sitting at the table. Though Earnest as a good look who came in. Instead of being annoyed, his mouth parted.

You came into the library for whatever reason, but Earnest was paying attention to how you looked. You weren't the average Bullworth student by far.

Abiding by the strict dress code, you were dressed in Goth. More like one of the only kids who decided to be so different and stand out so strikingly.

Earnest eyes continued watching you. He had never seen someone who caught his attention like this. It felt as if he couldn't rip his eyes off you, like you put him into a trance.

Being the nerd he was, Earnest wondered if you would've liked to play Grottos and Gremlins with them. Though he quickly got rid of the thought, you wouldn't want to be near the Nerds, no one did. Besides, he'd only make a damn fool of himself, that wasn't worth it... or maybe it was. He hadn't exactly decided on what move to make.
