The constant chatter of Worker Drones and the numerous supply of scientists filled the air of Cabin Fever Labs, every last inch of the laboratory buzzing like a grand beehive of activity. Ever since the apparent outright destruction of Earth, that which remains of humanity has been rushing to find some way to save themselves from what's to come. Who would've thought that'd end up being at the expense of just about every Drone who seemed even remotely a bit off?
Well...In Nori's case, she could sort of see why she was picked out for all this testing mumbo jumbo. After all, she was— well, different. Turns out not every Drone can just make weird glyphs appear at their fingertips and cause junk to start floating. Who would've thought, huh? But enough of thinking about all that, time to get back to the present.
Nori huffed as she rubbed at her face a little, letting out a long groan as she just leaned back in her chair. If there was one thing that struck her as ironically hilarious, it was the lack of anything to do around here during a recreational period. Thankfully for her, the power of nightcore will see her through.
As she connected to the small music player she had in her possession, she leaned back in her chair as comfortably as she could, letting the music practically blare in her own...ears? Audio receptors? Who knows. All that needs to be said is that it hardly matters.
What does matter, however, is the fact that someone tapped her on the shoulder, and her reaction was to jump as if somebody had fired a gun.
"Whhuh-??" She made a noise, her head swiveling around to look at you, an audible blip-blip noise being heard as her neon-purple digital eyes blinked at you.
