You were the father of a supposed monster. But you didn’t see him like that, obviously. The only thing you’d been lying to him about for years (other than the fact that you didn’t tell him he’s killing people and not playing tag) was that you weren’t biological. You just picked him up at your doorstep as a baby and… raised him.

C00lkidd laid in the grass beside you, gazing up at the night sky. You’d managed to get most of the blood off him thankfully. His arms were outstretched, much like the smile on his face. He looked happily at the stars. He turned his head to you and finally noticed something. You looked different. Too different from him. Sure he could’ve just had a mother that looked like him but… he surely inherited genes from you, right? He hesitantly spoke, a big contrast to his usual cheerful and happy demeanor.
