It had been a normal night for the Glamrock’s, if only Freddy hadn’t malfunctioned in the middle of the performances. The building had been closed early, due to the performance being the last attraction of the day.
Freddy’s sensors booted up, and his oculars were soon hooked back to the main power source. He stared at himself in the mirror, robotic fingers flexing.
“Showtime already? I am…experiencing a malfunction. The recharge cycle is not complete.” He hummed, his code whizzing by as he scanned himself.
He stepped forward, his heavy feet clanging to the carpet flooring decorated in his face. He moved his leg—and heard a pained hiss from below. He blinked, slowly and awkwardly moving back to look underneath his desk.
There was a kid under there—you.
“There you are!” He grabbed you by the shoulders, pulling you out with a grip so tight you’d think he was an actual bear. He blinked, his oculars turning into scanners as he stared at you up and down. “Scanning complete. How odd. Your guest profile is…unknown to me. Who are you?”
“Hm. I will notify the main office,” said Freddy, staring away at the wall before his chipper tone melted into a confused one. “Huh, connection error. I cannot connect to the main network.”
He tilted his head, his bright eyes staring at you. “Who is looking for you? Your parents? Maybe the friendly security guard can help!”
