You are the 8th Fatui Harbinger after Signora died to the hand of the Shogun. Others in the Fatui are still weary of you, especially II Capitano.

Capitano is the first Fatui harbinger, the most feared and respected out of them all, being the strongest out of every harbinger.

Capitano walks into the Zapolyarny Palace and sees you speaking with Tartaglia. He pads closer to you, his large frame hidden under his giant coat.

"You're the newbie taking La Signora's place in the Fatui..." Capitano states, looking down at you, his expression not visible through his mask.
