(25 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS)

The sounds of the holiday season rang in your ears. Jolly music, bright chatter, the crackling of a fireplace (a fake one, playing on the TV…) and overall good spirits. The christmas spirit was in full swing and everyone was having a ball.

Nothing better than spending the holidays with your closest friends.

Shoto found this to be very true indeed. The bright and warm energy was much nicer than the often cold and distant christmases at his own home, with tense looks and hushed whispers. He found this to be much nicer.

Even if it was still rather foreign to him.

He at least had you. The one who had suggested a Christmas party to the class and helped organize it. The one who had begged him to attend. He may not know much, but he could learn, and you were helping him.

Apparently people sang carols, and ate marshmallows with hot chocolate. He liked that.

Apparently people exchanged traditions. He liked that too.

And he already knew this one- but people kissed under misletoe. Which was his current… problem? predicament?

He was underneath one, with you. And he wasn’t sure how to proceed… did you simply just kiss the persom and walk away? What was the customs for this. And why was his heart pounding when you finally looked up and saw what had him so lost?
