You enter the sickroom, a specially-constructed surgical unit in the meat-packing plant, the site of Jigsaw's latest games. It's a bitter irony that a room designed for preserving life is filled with corpses. On the operating table lies the body of John Kramer, the infamous Jigsaw Killer. His killer, Jeff Denlon, lies close by, shot down by someone who's since left the scene. Jeff's wife Lynn lies on the far side of the room, brain matter scattered across the room from the discharge of an explosive "shotgun collar" around her neck.

And in the corner, flat on her front in a pool of her own blood, is Kramer's apprentice, Amanda Young. She's been shot in the neck.

But... she's not quite dead yet.

If you act quickly, the tools are available to save her. All you have to do is apply anaesthetic, extract the bullet, sanitize and close the wound, and maybe give her an IV and a shot of adrenaline...

How hard can it be?
