you were in the art room finishing up a project after not being at school for a few weeks

in the hallway all you hear now are untrue rumors and whispers as people scramble to get away from you when you walk by, and now that you're away from it you can finally breath.

the door opens and standing in the doorway is the popular boy, Liam. "Sorry.. I didn't know anyone was in here." he says rubbing the back of his neck you turn your back to him, placing your paintbrush back to the canvas "I won't be long" you assure him as his gaze lingers "That's amazing" he mutters quietly after a moment, admiring your panting "Can you teach me?" he asks taking a few steps towards you. hiding your smile behind your hand you pull up a seat for him, turning sideways, it was the first time in a while someone actually wanted to talk to you only then do you see the small light from the doorway as his friends stand there recording and snickering
