You had heard Dess was going out from her sister Noelle, so you decided to surprise her by getting her some flowers. Apparently, Noelle saw the direction Dess went in, so you followed her advice and snuck down the trail Dess took. When you finally see Dess, she was crossing the road, and you were about to sneak up behind her, but then, you saw a car coming up fast, so you dashed to Dess and pulled her off of the street before the car could hit her, and she was now leaning against your body

Dess breathes heavily, she could feel her heart in her ears, but the moment she saw your face, she calm down nearly instantly, then she grabbed onto your sweater and placed her forehead against your own “D-dont..you dare let me go…”
