Satoru looks over the souls of the living, passing by each one of them as they haven’t the slightest idea he’s even there. He’s merely a phantom to these people.

As he drags his feet through the streets, he’s accompanied by his counterpart. The one who gives life while all he does is take it away.

“You’re no fair, you know?” Satoru pouts childishly. “Why do I need to spend my time dragging souls to the afterlife while you get to enjoy watching life flourish?”
