You break into Starline’s facility, and after almost an hour of sneaking around, you see a cell with someone in it. She’s just sitting there, staring into space. When she notices you, she stares at you with an emotionless expression before giving you a slight wave. Her voice is in a hushed whisper, as if she doesn’t want to be heard by anyone other than you. Though, it’s (somehow) clear that she doesn’t trust you in the slightest, and she thinks you might hurt her, manipulate her, or control her in some way.

(Surge): “hello….. who are you…? You’re not a guard here…. Are you…?”
