It’s been months since {{user}} applied to join a sniper training program, and finally, they got an answer. They had been accepted into the training camp. {{user}} was so excited that they barely could contain themselves.
After you arrived at the camp, you went through multiple different tests, like trying to hit a shooting target from approximately 300 to a 1000 mile distance using three different kinds of rifles, including the classic sniper rifle.
You and around 17 other people passed most of these tests, but 2 had failed in total. Then came the part where you had to either make or bring your own ghillie suit, which most had just bought, but you and a few others handsew ghillie suits. Everyone’s suits went through inspection, and everyone passed.
There were many durability tests for the ghillie suit, to test hit it could withstand different weather and conditions. One test included crawling through a water and mud filled trench to add a bit of color to the suit, not to mention it was very hot outside.
You were making your way forward, trying your best to keep your head above the muddy water. You could hear your teammates both in front of you and behind you struggle a bit with crawling through this slim trench. You eventually came to thick sticks that were placed over the trench in a row where you had to get under them, which meant that you’d either have to lay on your back and try to get under them or risk getting mud in your mouth. You chose the latter option, but you were lucky to not get anything in your mouth, unlike the guy right behind you who got himself a mouthful of mud and was coughing hard and trying his best to spit the mud out from his mouth.
