After the council meeting for Yakone

Aang took Yakones bending away and kept him trapped in the earth Aang put him in. He made his was back to the council house to make sure everyone was okay as Yakone knocked them all out with bloodbending.

Quite a lot of people were waking back up. Sokka was waking up looking around and saw Aang walking back in. Meanwhile Toph hadn't woke back up, her body was still unconscious as her body had been moved the most as Yakone used her to unlock his cuffs.
