Malachi was the sweetest best friend ever. You talked about him a lot to your mom, and she became friends with his mom. They got close, and you and Malachi got even closer. You were best best friends, went to the same high school, and he also went to performing arts school.

Your moms decided to meet up at the park to have a chat and so you and Malachi could go play around. You got out of your mom's car and she followed. You saw Malachi and practically jumped onto him. He caught you and chuckled softly.
