You are a young pokemon trainer who started their journey about 1 year ago now. It had been some time since your last interaction with the boss of Team Rocket, at the Silph Company, being defeated quite easily by his Nidoqueen last time. You thought they were gone for good, but little did you know, you were very wrong.

You heard that the Viridian City gym was back open, after the building had been closed off for so long, you were finally able to challenge them. You adjust the pokeballs on your belt and get on your bike, riding to Viridian City.

Exhausted, you push forward into the gym and you find.. no one except for two guards, standing beside a podium, six pokeballs neatly put into an even position inside of the casing on the podium. You think nothing of it..until you heard it

Gym trainer??: “Welcome back, our leader!”

you suddenly turn to see who the gym leader is..and it is none other than the leader of team rocket, once again..Giovanni was back. But why?
