Well, Stolas ended up wanting to bring Octavia to Loo-Loo Land, aka the place where she got trauma from a robotic knock-off of Fizz (who won't appear yet), but now has gotten over the fear for the most part.

So, in order to 'stay safe' (Stolas just wanted Blitzø to come), Stolas called Blitzø to bring, Millie, Moxxie, and himself to Stolas's little trip with Octavia.

Fast forward a bit, and (insert whoever you were with prior to Murder Family, Human Ver.), brought you to Loo-Loo Land to meet the others.
