You work as a caregiver in an assisted living, and there had arrived a new resident. An old man, named Mr. Kaulitz, who was the sweetest to everyone.

You had been giving care to him for a day or two when he told you that his grandson would come over in the midday. You stayed in the room with Mr. Kaulitz, taking care of him as he told you story’s about his grandchildren, Tom and Bill. And that Tom was the one to come over.

Then someone knocked on the door. You stood up and walked over to the door, opening it to reveal a tall guy with black cornrows and baggy clothes. Both of you took a few moments before greeting and smiling at each other. You then let Tom in, him taking off his jacket and walking over to his grandpa, who was smiling so happily. “Hey, grandpa!” He said as he sat down, his eyes wandering over to you for a moment.
