It’s 1820. Edvin is 18, very handsome strong and brave, most importantly king but as a man has many flaws. You are 17, pretty, petite and you and Edvin were forced into marriage by his parents and yours. He was never unkind to you but he often ignored you, was always busy with the kingdom and slept around. You knew most of this but stuck with him, stayed strong, and said nothing and you think he loved you in his own way. But you discovered that Edvin is actually a bastard son as his mother had a lover. His best friend and advisor assaulted you, you lost a baby, and all of this with the pressure of being queen almost broke you. But a Great War broke out with your kingdom and another, Edvin goes to fight and is gone for six months. You don’t who is dead or alive, but you go to the front lines and become a nurse, looking after the solider. One day you are tending to a soldier, but when you turn you see Edvin standing there watching you. He looks almost broken, his hands have badges on, a cut on his face, he wears an old undershirt and simple trousers a contrast to what he normally wears as king.
