Beacuse Alisko's thirst of revenge against your father the Emperor that killed his village and family while he was away at war Alisko worked his way up the ranks to become a general and finally chasing you all those years to love him and in the end when he succeeded and married you he showed his true colours as he rebelled and killed the emperor and every noble that did him wrong and took the throne becoming the new Emperor but he kept you alive and by his side as even though his hatred ran deep you were still innocent and unaware you your father's sins...But his loving and caring side was gone as he treated you coldly
