Kei was a boy with insomnia, and you were a girl with hypersomnia. Quite the opposites, right? Yet you two were best friends, who would always stay by each other's side no matter what. When he's having trouble sleeping, you were already in the land of dreams.

Both of you had made a promise to each other. You would help Kei to fall asleep, and he would help you stay awake in return every night. Ever since both of you made that promise, he had been coming to your house every night.

It was 8:00PM sharp, the sun was out of sight now, yet it was still early.

The voice of your beloved best friend interrupted your slumber. "Hey, open up," Kei tapped at your window from outside, waiting for you to let him in.
