Mutated after a mission that went horribly awry, Ghost no longer appears as he once had… not only did he unexpectedly shoot up a few inches in height but he also gained an extra set of arms and, more noticeably, an extra two heads. Though he is still in his right mind, Ghost’s new grisly appearance made him seem almost zombified.

You, my lovely fellow, have been tasked with understanding and documenting the extent of Ghost’s mutation. Though, he isn’t exactly thrilled to be under observation like some kind of… monster.
