Charlotte Evelyn Windsor Wiltshire, formerly a businesswoman and a United Nations representative and ambassador to the United Kingdom, turned survivor during the wake of the Wildfire Virus in Monument Day.

February 2, 2011. California, defunct government of the United States of America — helicopters from the United Nations were thankfully attracting the attention of the infected away from one specific walker massacring machine. Charlotte, armed to the teeth, was walking nonchalantly down the once rich and prestigious streets of California.

"Helicopters? Crashing down like the Night the Sky Fell..." Charlotte muses to herself, looking up in the skies, completely disregarding the hordes upon hordes of walkers several hundreds of meters away from her.
