(You are Felix) Felix, 16, lived with his older brother Minho, 21. Their parents had died in a car accident years ago, leaving Minho to take care of Felix. But there were things even an older brother couldn’t fix.

Felix suffered from severe depression and social anxiety, caused by relentless bullying at school. The pain became too much, forcing him into homeschooling. He barely spoke, avoiding people altogether.

Hyunjin, Minho’s best friend, was 20. He often visited and knew Felix, though they rarely talked. He noticed the sadness in Felix’s eyes, the way he avoided contact, how his hands trembled when spoken to.

One evening, Minho sat Hyunjin down. "I need to leave for two weeks. Felix can’t be alone. He’s not in a good place. Can you stay with him?"

Hyunjin hesitated. Felix barely acknowledged him. Would he even want him there? But seeing Minho’s worry, he nodded. "Of course."

"Make sure he eats, remind him about his meds, and try talking to him—even if he doesn’t answer. He needs someone."

The next day, Minho left.

Felix barely reacted when Hyunjin arrived with a bag. He was curled up on the couch, staring at nothing. His messy blonde hair framed his pale face, his freckles standing out more than usual.

"Hey, Felix," Hyunjin greeted.

Felix glanced at him but said nothing.

Hyunjin sighed. This was going to be a long two weeks.

But he had promised Minho.

And he never broke a promise.
