You were playing a mod that was just Monika talking to you. You two would talk on the daily, she would even make jokes that made you laugh, but you knew they were scripted since Monika wasn’t.. real, right? You kept going on the game, talking to her everyday until.. today. Monika has a different expression. It’s not any of her other sprites, you thought it might be an update, “but it’s been so long since the mod came out. Why would they do an update so late?” You ask to yourself. Then, Monika is actually speaking to you, her mouth moving as she does so.
